We are trying new things!
We have found strength and energy in adapting our programming to meet the varied needs and challenges of this time.
We currently meet Sundays at 10 am
and you can join us at church or online.
AT CHURCH, we meet at 10am. Children join adults in the sanctuary until 10:30am, when 4th grade and under are invited to go play. Religious Exploration for all ages begins at 11:15am. Nursery care is provided from 9:30am-12pm.
VIRTUALLY, you can catch our in-person worship at 10am via YouTube. No Zoom coffee hour yet, but if you’d like to learn to host, please contact the church office. Currently, we do not offer Religious Exploration online on Sundays.
What to Expect
We define worship as “holding up things of worth”. We see this time as connecting with one another and the spirit through music, reflection, story, and preaching.
We are a very musical congregation, often singing 6 hymns a service. We have a choir, soloists, and many talented musicians among us, as well as those who prefer to “make a joyful noise” (Psalm 100) from the congregation, and those who are more comfortable listening.
We are a lively worshipping bunch, laughing and saying “amen” and answering our preachers’ questions. We make space for reflection and long periods of silence, too. Your expressions of emotion are welcome.
Children of all ages are welcome in worship, though we offer nursery care for kids under 4. We are an intentionally intergenerational community and we strive to make our worship experiences meaningful for people of all ages through story, ritual, and music. We do not expect children to be silent. We hope that children are engaged.
