4. Policy
The Congregational Administrator has authority to make day-to-day decisions regarding the operation of the church.
5. Definitions
5.1 CA is Congregational Administrator.
5.2 “Day-to-day’ means taking place, made, or done in the course of successive days. (Examples include but are not limited to: cutting checks, recruiting and maintaining office volunteers, maintaining utilities, maintaining and facilitating rental agreements, and all items on the Congregational Administrator job description.)
5.3 Lead Administrative Officer (LAO) is the person responsible for supervising the staff.
6. Responsibilities
6.1. CA is responsible for performing the functions in the CA’s job description and other day-to-day activities.
6.2. LAO is responsible for supervising the CA.
7. Procedures
7.1. Procedures shall be followed as outlined in the Job Descriptions.
